from Activity Trailer, LLC lets you hit the road with all your favorite toys without sacrificing fuel economy. Designed for
towing behind today’s economical sub-compact vehicles, the DOOIT trailer can easily carry bicycles, kayaks, camping
gear and other recreational equipment.
There is no need to rely on gas guzzling trucks and SUVs to provide enough
space for bulky items and passengers. The DOOIT Trailer also eliminates the need for roof racks that can reduce fuel economy
by as much as 7 mpg. When towed behind sub-compacts there is little effect on gas mileage and fuel economy.
The
key to the DOOIT Trailer’s versatility is its tubular design that will accommodate the accessory racks, carriers and
cargo boxes offered by Thule and Yakima. This provides the flexibility to carry a variety of bicycles, canoes, kayaks and
other gear boxes. Loading toys and gear is also easier with the DOOIT as compared to the effort of hoisting heavy loads onto
traditional roof racks.
The DOOIT trailer has an overall width of 55 inches and length
of 96 inches. It is designed to fit within the slipstream of most sub-compact and other small cars. With a gross vehicle weight
(GVW) of 500 lbs. it will safely tow all the gear that four people would need for a week or a weekend. The mounting crossbars
measure 52 inches across providing enough room for up to four bicycles. An optional tongue extension will extend the overall
length by 3 feet in order to carry two 14’ kayaks and two bicycles, or a single 15’ kayak or canoe and two bicycles.
Extremely durable, the DOOIT trailer is constructed with a welded tubular steel
frame. The frame is bumper height to most cars for better protection. A torsion bar axle and suspension adjusts to any load
for smooth towing. Unlike most small trailers, the DOOIT has Bearing Buddy lubricating hubs that eliminates the need to disassemble
the axle bearings for maintenance. The powder-coated paint finish is chip and fade resistant for protection from the elements
and corrosion.
The trailer has a 5-year warranty on parts and service with the
exception of tire and wheel bearings. The DOOIT Trailer is available as a base trailer or with a selection of packages with
